Dr. Katherine (Katt) Rahill oversees operations within our corporation, bringing extensive expertise in human performance and organisational improvement. With a background as the Senior Scientist for NASA’s Human Research Program (HRP), she has a proven track record in enhancing health and performance in challenging environments.

Dr. Rahill earned her MA and PhD from the Catholic University of America, where she founded the Lunar Psychophysics Virtual Reality Laboratory. Her groundbreaking research on psychophysical distortions in lunar environments has advanced our understanding of human sensory adaptation in space. As a postdoctoral scholar at the University of Central Florida, her award-winning research was recognised by NASA HRP and the APA and featured in leading publications and media. Her ability to translate complex research into practical applications is a significant asset to our organisation. At the U.S. Army Research Institute, she developed the Command Climate program to improve military unit performance.

She held leadership roles in the Society of Military Psychology - APA Division 19, earning a Division Presidential citation. Her teaching at Catholic University of America was highly acclaimed. Earlier in her career at the Air Force Research Laboratory, she investigated cyber disruptions and communication strategies for command operations. Her clinical research at the University of Dayton on domestic violence earned her nominations for the Reverend Raymond Roesch Award.
